Perfect for drizzling over veggie bowls, tossing with noodles or using as a dipping sauce for chicken satay or spring rolls. Ingredients • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter • 2 tablespoons soy sauce • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice • 2 tablespoons water • peanuts for garnish Instructions 1.                  Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar. 2.                  Secure the lid and shake to combine all of the ingredients. 3.                  Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Notes • This recipe makes just under one cup. • To spice up the sauce, add an extra teaspoon of chili garlic sauce or add 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes. You can also add a tablespoon of sriracha to kick it up a notch.
